Which websites can the Care Plan protect?
The plan covers most standard business sites, including WordPress, PHP, and static HTML sites. If you are unsure whether your stack qualifies, send us the URL through the contact form and we will confirm same day.
What counts as "security monitoring"?
We monitor for malware, suspicious file changes, failed login attempts, and outdated software with known vulnerabilities. If something triggers, we investigate and remediate — you do not have to do anything.
How often do you back up the site?
Daily off-site backups with 30-day retention. We can restore your site from any point in the last 30 days if needed.
What if my site goes down?
Priority response is part of the plan. If your site goes down, message us and we will investigate and restore service — we do not wait for a ticket queue.
Do you build the site, or just maintain it?
The Care Plan is maintenance only. If you need a new site built, our $199 Business Website Package, $2,500+ Web Design, and $5,500+ Web Development services cover that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The plan is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice — no penalties, no long-term contract.
Does this include content changes or new features?
Small tweaks (a few text or image changes per month) are included. Larger content additions, new pages, or new features are quoted separately and discounted for Care Plan subscribers.
